How to Disable the 'Auto Update' of Shareit in PC [Windows]

Today I'm going to show you how to Disable the auto update of Shareit on Windows PC.

Nowadays we everyone got smartphones on our hands. So we easily transfer files from PC to Smartphone using Shareit. But the 'Shareit' softwere update everytime when it is connected to the internet. so now I'm going to show you how stop/disable the auto update of Shareit in PC.

So let's start. if you have problem with the texts then follow the Screeshotts:

1. If you have installed Shareit before, First Uninstall it.

2. Then again install the Shareit. [N.B.: Make sure that your internet connection is turned off]

3. Open Run [Win+R] and type '%temp%' and press OK.

4. Select the folder Lenovo and open Properties .

5. Go to the Security tab and select Advanced.

6. First click on Disable Inheritance and then select the option 'Convert inherited permissions into explicit permission on this object' 

 7. Select an User and click Edit.

8. Change the type to 'Deny' and mark all the Basic permissions.

9. Do the same things to the other Users also. Then press Apply and Ok

10. Hit on Ok and your work is Done.

N.B. My OS is Microsoft windows 10 Pro. You will find some difference in Windows 7/8/8.1. You will feel some change on   Windows 7/8/8.1. In the Security Tab you when you will press  advanced a dialogue box will come.Select the option 'Change permission' and other process are all same.
